Project rates are competitive with international freelance markets — not Nepali in-house rates, not Silicon Valley senior salaries. Somewhere honest in between. We always discuss numbers early so nobody wastes time.
Real projects. Client-facing systems that go into production with actual users. The only "internal" work is on our own products — which also ship publicly and have real users.
No. We work with people wherever they are. Async-first means you deliver on time — not that you sit in standups. Nepal is home base, not a requirement.
One email. Tell us who you are, what you've built, and why AML specifically. No five-round interviews. No take-home assignments disguised as free work. If there's a fit, we reply within 48 hours and have one direct conversation. That's it.
Maybe. We start with a project because that's the fastest way to know if working together is actually good. If it is — we'll talk about what comes next. We don't make promises upfront we can't keep.
Yes. And we expect collaborators to as well. Using AI to work faster and better is not cheating — it's the job description. If that makes you uncomfortable, we're probably not the right fit. The tools change. The output quality doesn't.
