Astral Mantra Labs is a Nepal-based AI studio. The studio designs, builds, deploys, and operates production AI systems for companies in Nepal and worldwide. Its core practices are AI agent development, conversational AI, computer vision, voice AI, synthetic AI, full-stack engineering, SaaS platform development, and workflow automation.

The studio is positioned as AI-native rather than as a general IT or web agency. Most digital agencies in Nepal build websites, mobile apps, or marketing campaigns and add AI to the menu when asked. Astral Mantra Labs builds AI as its entire practice. The team has shipped systems for construction and infrastructure, tourism and hospitality, education, healthcare, and a range of generic SaaS and internal-ops automation engagements.

Astral Mantra Labs is headquartered in Kathmandu, Nepal. The team works remotely with clients in Europe, the Middle East, North America, and across APAC. Kathmandu sits in UTC+5:45, which gives the team practical timezone overlap with EU mornings, APAC afternoons, and parts of the Middle East working day. Engagements are accepted worldwide.

Mr. Bipin Rai — CEO & Founder

Bipin is the founder of Astral Mantra Labs. He executes, builds, and finalises every engagement. Bipin is the hands-on founder who turns client conversations into shipped systems. He has over ten years of full-stack and AI infrastructure experience, with deep expertise in agent architecture, SaaS engineering, and AI deployment. Bipin leads technical discovery, architecture, and the build phase of every project.

Mr. Krishna Kumar Pathak [KKP] — CMO & Co-Founder

KKP is the co-founder of Astral Mantra Labs. He writes, markets, and reaches out. KKP runs the top of the studio's funnel — content, outreach, and discovery calls — and is usually the first friendly voice clients hear when they get in touch. He has authored most of the studio's writing, including the case studies and long-form content that explains the studio's positioning.

How Astral Mantra Labs works with clients

• Founder-led. Every engagement is led directly by Bipin and KKP. There are no account managers between you and the people doing the work.
• Fixed-price discovery first. Every project starts with a written, fixed-price discovery scope before any production build begins. No surprise change orders.
• Stack-agnostic. The studio is not a Microsoft Solution Partner or AWS-only shop. Models, frameworks, and infrastructure are picked to fit the problem.
